What we ask for, and why.

Plain-language summary of how a PostToMany creator application is handled. This page describes current practice for the application form; it is not a substitute for legal advice.

What we collect

Only what you type into the creator application: your name, email address, Instagram username and profile link, city and country, whether you are 18 or older, your content categories and follower range, your audience age group, audience locations and languages, your typical rate ranges, and the partnership and compensation models you are open to.

We do not use tracking pixels, advertising cookies or third-party analytics on this site. We do not ask for, and cannot see, your Instagram password or account access.

Why we collect it

To review your application and decide whether to invite you into the network, and — if you are invited — to match you with brand campaigns that fit your content, audience and stated compensation preferences.

Who can see it

Your application is visible to the PostToMany team. Your rates and audience details are shared with a brand only when you are being considered for one of their campaigns. Nothing on your application is published or made publicly searchable.

How it is stored

Applications are stored in a private Postgres database hosted by Supabase. The database is not reachable from your browser: the application form posts to a PostToMany server endpoint, and only that server holds the database credential. Row Level Security is enabled on the applications table with no public access policies.

Drafts on your device

While you are filling in the application, your answers are saved in your own browser (localStorage) so a refresh does not lose your work. That draft never leaves your device until you press Submit, and it is deleted from your browser as soon as your application is received.

Corrections and deletion

You can submit a corrected application at any time using the same email address; we will use the most recent one. To have your application removed, contact us from the email address you applied with and we will delete it.
